This is a tribute to Reservoir Dogs, one of the coolest movies ever! And well, we all know that "Like a Virgin" is among Madonna's top 10 songs ever! Here goes the real meaning (edited a bit to keep it PG13 ;P but all credit goes to Reservoir Dogs) -MR. PINK - Let me tell you what "Like A Virgin" is about. It's all about a girl who digs a guy with a big d--k. The entire song is a metaphor for big d--ks.
MR. BLUE - No, it ain't. It's about a girl who's very vulnerable. She's been f--ked over a few times and she meets a guy who's sensitive.
MR. PINK - Whoa. Timeout. Tell that bullshit to the tourists. "Like A Virgin" is not about some sensitive girl who meets a nice fellow. Let me tell you what "Like A Virgin" is about. It's all about this cooze who's a regular f--k machine. I'm talkin' morning, day, night, afternoon... d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k, d--k! Then one day, she meets this John Holmes m-therf--ker. It's like, "Whoa, baby." He's like Charles Bronson in "The Great Escape." He's diggin' tunnels. Now she's gettin' serious d--k action. ReplyDeleteYes, I know what you mean :).....This actually reminds me of Toby Young's How to lose friends and alienate people....they didn't show it in the movie but in the book he explains how he got married to the girl he got married to - They were actually having breakup sex (after he proposed and she refused) and since he was (supposedly) in love, that breakup sex turned out to be so insanely great that she said "Yes" in the morning! Kinda weird to mention it here but your comments reminded me of how he explains how "that" sex is different from "normal" sex, in the book..

ReplyDeleteNo, I am bipolar. When I get manic, I start seeing "hidden" meanings in things! Kinda like that movie, A Beautiful Mind. I was searching the internet for hidden meanings in videos to see if any other people had the same experiences and I found your site. I know a lot of artists put hidden meanings in their songs and videos but I realize you can apply any "meaning" you want to just about anything!

ReplyDeleteI thought Debbie Gibson wrote "Lost in your Eyes" about Madonna! If you watch the video, the guy in the beginning has computer enhanced blue eyes. And Madonna has blue eyes. Then Debbie is wearing a Cross in the video. Madonna wore a lot of crosses in her early career. I think Debbie Gibson may be closet bicurious. In her video "Only in my dreams." There is a bicycle next to a fence. Could this mean she is "on the fence" of bisexuality! I know it's crazy but you never know!

ReplyDeleteAnd in "Only in my dreams" she does a lot of "no no no no" and whoa whoa whoa!". It seems the song is about a boyfriend who tried to pressure her into having sex and she broke up with him! Then she feels bad about it and says "if only I could scold you" There's a guy playing saxophone in a raincoat. Raincoat is slang for condom! Coincedencs? Later on she did a video called "What you want." Where she turns into a total slut saying basically we are not children anymore and you can do whatever you want to me! She refers back to "Only in my dreams" by showing a set of bongos where in that song you hear bongos at the beginning.

I was going to write about how that little bits like that scene in Ironman in which Pepper Potts fixes Stark's new heart-generator thing, is full of innuendo's for a girl giving her very first blow job; but now I guess I'll focus on these songs that you mentioned and cross-correlate the themes!

There are shots of a pearls necklace breaking and pearls spilling all over the place. You know what "pearl necklace" can mean. One of the lyrics in video says, "I kneeled down by your boots and prayed for your anger to end."
